I live in Hamilton and I was referred to Toronto Hyundai dealer from a friend of my that had a good experience with one of the sales person but when I called looking for that person he was not there anymore dealer from a friend of my that had a good experience with one of the sales person but when I called looking for that person he was not there anymore so the receptionist asked me if it was OK to put me with another associate and I said that's fine, so she put in contact with Michael Chow. After looking for cars here in Hamilton/Grinsby/Burlington we decided to take the trip to Toronto to see what Michael has to offer. We are glad we did because Michael not only was able to give us an excellent deal but his manners, honesty and outstanding service really make us feel like we new him for a long time so we only visit the first time an we bought a beautiful 3013 Sonata 2.0T. Extremely satisfied with his service, but that's not all. He took us to the Financial Service Manager Leo Huang and I have to say that he was exceptional in explaining all the benefits of the Extended Warranty and Protection. My family and I were so impress with his explanation and his cordiality and friendliness that all I need to say is that they form a unique and extraordinary team. I was so impressed because I bought the demo car and there were some imperfections on the rims they told me they will take care of and to my surprise they provided me with new rims, Wow! thank you so much Michael and Leo. I am a Mortgage Agent and I know how important is to have satisfied customers so am I satisfied for their service??? All I can say is 100% Will I recommend Toronto Hyundai to my family and friends?? 100% specially this two guys because to me, they represent what an extraordinary service is all about. My wife and I attended the dealership to view the vehicle advertised. We were pleasantly greeted by Mr Chow. He asked us if we needed any assistance and offered to take us on a test drive. He answered all of our questions to the best of his ability, and as honestly as possible. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, Mr Chow assessed our offer, and forwarded it to Mr Bonanno for his approval. Once we negotiated a fair price, we were pleasantly greeted by Mr Huang for the follow-up paperwork. He explained everything clearly, and offered additional options such as extended warranty, etc.. Following all the paperwork with Mr Huang, we arranged to pick up the vehicle the next day, which was again a wonderful experience. The vehicle was ready, clean, and good to go. This dealership makes you feel welcome and important. Kudos to them, and to Mr Chow for doing his job excellently. Without him, this deal would not have taken place. Thanks to all involved. More

I also agree with the comment made below which is that this dealership is very honest when it comes to price negotiations. The sales person who worked with me was named Michael Chow. He was able to get me the best deal when it comes to price in comparison to any dealership I went to. Also, the general manager Benjamin Leung was professional and very helpful. Overall, I was very happy to buy this car from the dealership and will continue to service my car here. More
