While I absolutely love my vehicle thus far, I would have to say that my experience was shadowed by the contract process. There's little transparency in the way the pricing is presented so please make sure to bring your calculator. That experience aside, the sales people, specifically Paige and Sarah were wonderful to deal with and so incredibly personable. Paige made sure to consistently touch base with us and answer our questions. She was the right amount of persistent and patient. On the same token, Sarah was so great at keeping us updated with initiatives that she thought we would appreciate, and let us go at our own pace to warm up to the idea of bringing a new vehicle home! More

I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Stu took the time to hear what my husband and I were looking for while showing us a good selection of car lines in their fleet. They offered a nice selection of hot beverages as I am not a coffee drinker and cold water for during our wait time. As the primary driver of the vehicle, I appreciated the fact that Stu and the other supporting staff engaged with me and not just my husband as other dealership male sales people have done. A couple of cons, that may not affect everyone but did leave an impression with me were, without the documentation posted in each vehicle window we needed to rely on the website to print off the specs. I did not find this as detailed as the previous window information sheets were. The second con was just the length it took from the time we arrived on the lot till we left with our sales documents. We spent roughly 2 hours looking and test driving. The remaining three hours was waiting for a trade in quote, financing document preparation and signing. We have bought a few other new vehicles from different dealerships and they never went as long. Having said that not enough of a discouragement to out weight the 5 star rating. We have had the car for over a week now and I have to say there have been many many compliments and questions. It is still a work in progress with personalizing the different features.
