So much so that i bought some great looking winter tires and when I brought in my Borla exhaust she gave me a quote over the phone for the install. It was done in no-time and the install looks great. Now my Yukon sounds as good as it looks! Down shifts are a sweet sound but put your foot into it and heads turn. I was looking for a dealership that was close by my house to have the GMC guys/girls look after it going forward and I think I have found it due to Mel. More

Capia GMC Goes Above and Beyond Exceptional Service I am thrilled with all of my experiences at Capital GMC. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, this is the place to do it. They go above and beyond. I am thrilled with all of my experiences at Capital GMC. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, this is the place to do it. They go above and beyond. Most recently, I picked up my car from the service department and when I got on the road warning lights started going off. I immediately turned around but made it to the dealership 5 minutes after close. Mark Breemer and Adam Mohl let me in from the -30 weather and with very few questions asked immediately got to work taking care of me. They arranged for my vehicle to go back into service, set me up with a loaner and made sure to take me to the gas station and top up the gas tank. All of this took 30 minutes from their personal time as it was after hours and they did it with a smile. Their main concern was my daughter and I's safety and that really showed. I was able to get home safely and deal with my vehicle the next day. Melanie in service was a pleasure to deal with and got my car in great shape for me. Thank you Capital GMC. You're an amazing team and I'm proud to say I drive one of your vehicles. More

Great truck extremely poor service My wife and I purchased a new truck in April 2016 . First issue we had was heated seats not coming on when we would start the truck with remote . It t My wife and I purchased a new truck in April 2016 . First issue we had was heated seats not coming on when we would start the truck with remote . It took literally until July to find out that it is normal and they would come on when the outside temp was -15 . It was like pulling teeth trying to get this info something the service advisor should have been able to answer immediately not emailing GFX and what not . Next the dealer installed 3m was bubbling up so we took it in . We received a call that it's done . When we get there all that was done is they cut the bubbles areas out this leaving more paint exposed ,when we expressed our displeasure with this act we were told that we must have installed it because they didn't and what they did was a factor to us . Finally they agreed to fix it properly , truck is ready and they send it to my wife's work . One of her co workers notices dents in the hood and fender where they would have peeled the 3m off and installed new . Wife send a truck back to Capital so they can look at it , next day she gets a call and is told that there is no way that the 3m is taller did this damage so too bad . Well we will fix itourselves and we will not be back to capital for any reason . More
