Working with Max and Marc was great but the delivery team and the detailers failed miserably. The brand new 2023 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 in red was ruined with ripped leather seats, glass particles on the and the detailers failed miserably. The brand new 2023 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 in red was ruined with ripped leather seats, glass particles on the mats, scratched carbon fiber center console, a scraped door, and chips on the trunk. It doesn't make sense how this happened within 24 hours. It was in extreme shock from the disappointment as I did not expect this from Infiniti, a luxury brand nor from the dealer under Herb Chambers. Arno was assigned to deliver the vehicle but he didn't catch any of the damages. When I confronted him, he told me ignored my concerns and continued setting up my phone to the vehicle. Eventually he went to get Max who helped take care of the situation. While I understand he's trying to do his job, he should have listened to his client's concern and seek help immeadiately if he isn't able to handle or resolve the situation. As an Nissan/Infiniti enthusiast and a returning Herb Chambers customer, I hope that Herb Chambers management team can review this unforunate incident and prevent it from happening again. More

Sami was fantastic! I’ve honestly never had a good experience at any dealership prior to working with Sami. In fact I’d say most were poor. But Sami changed that for I’ve honestly never had a good experience at any dealership prior to working with Sami. In fact I’d say most were poor. But Sami changed that for me completely. Best salesman I’ve ever met hands down. He knew every detail of the car and all the features that I’ve never had explained to me in the past with such knowledge. He also did a demonstration of some of the features uncommon to most other vehicles that was very helpful. I feel like I know my new vehicle better than most others who work in the business after my time with Sami. He walked me through the entire process up to the inspection sticker and setting up the electronics in the car personalized for me. Usually I can’t wait to leave a dealership, with Sami I hung around long enough to likely buy a second vehicle! Thank you Sami and thank you Herb Chambers Infiniti for having such a great salesperson and connecting me with the best in the business!! I’ll be back for sure. More

Stiwar, Adam, Max, Brian, and Rachel (in the internet department) were all very helpful in the purchase of a new Infiniti. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, Stiwar made sure the vehicle was ready upon arrival and was efficient with the handover process. Adam was really great at keeping us updated throughout the process and even helped expedite registration on very short notice. Max was very helpful with the trade value, and Brian was able to get our paperwork and warranties ironed out ahead of pick-up. We appreciate all of the effort in making the purchase successful! Ferdy and the service team made the process seamless. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail.
