I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dealership for a service appointment on my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I wal for a service appointment on my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly reception staff who made me feel welcome. They were efficient and took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I felt heard and valued as a customer. The atmosphere of the dealership was immaculate, with a modern design and a clean, inviting environment that reflected the luxury of the brand. Once my vehicle was checked in, I was introduced to my service advisor, who was incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the service process and explained what work needed to be done on my car, as well as any additional recommendations, all while ensuring I felt completely informed without any pressure to add services that weren’t necessary. The waiting area was comfortable and well-appointed, with complimentary refreshments and free Wi-Fi, allowing me to catch up on some work while I waited. The dealership even offered a loaner car to go run errands while my car was being serviced. It was refreshing to see such flexibility and customer-oriented options. In addition to the service quality, I was impressed by the transparency of pricing and timing. My car was ready exactly when promised, and the final bill came with a detailed breakdown of the work performed, which gave me confidence in the value of the service. When I picked up my car, it felt like a brand new vehicle. The staff went the extra mile by cleaning the exterior and interior, which was a fantastic surprise. Before I left, service Advisor took the time to ensure I understood the service that had been completed and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Overall, my experience at Mercedes Benz of Portland was outstanding. From the top-notch service and attention to detail, to the warm and professional staff, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone seeking reliable service and a luxurious experience that lives up to the Mercedes-Benz standard. I will certainly return for all my future service needs! Car was returned to me in a state of partial disassembly with a component placed on top of passenger seat. A piece of the disassembled component was lost by the tech. Service writer and management team ar with a component placed on top of passenger seat. A piece of the disassembled component was lost by the tech. Service writer and management team are extremely difficult to reach through any type of communication method. Texts, calls, and emails left unanswered. Incorrect replacement part was ordered. Multiple extra trips required to resolve. Most importantly to me, the vehicle was dropped off fully assembled and that's how it should have been returned to the customer. I've been a customer at this location since 2018. This experience has soured me on MB of PDX and leaves me questioning whether to continue with the brand for my next vehicle purchase. Even though personnel and performance of the sales and service units are unrelated, I question whether I would be able to receive quality service on a new MB vehicle at this location. Management at this organization responds to online reviews promptly but never once made an attempt to contact me. Service writer appeared unwilling or unable to push back against shoddy work by the tech. This indicates to me that service writer does not feel empowered and supported by management team. More

My car was not completely fixed when I picked it up. There was an alert to check my break light, that was still alerting me to check it as soon as I drove away. The tires and everything else were fixed first but the signal took them an extra day to work on, I was told it was done by someone who was not the technician for it. The tires took two days to replace as there were only 3 arriving when I needed it. After getting everything replaced and still needing the break light signal to be turned off was highly frustrating as it was promised to me that I would not have to come back for a while. I also texted back my mechanic, Maurice, that the problem was persisting and he never responded after I clarified the issue that the light was still on. It also seemed like he did not trust me to take the loaner car when I asked for it after 3 days of having no car, even saying to be extra careful with it because it’s expensive like I was a child. I do not know why I wasn’t initially offered a loaner car when they told me that it would be an extra 2 days to finish the tires and get the break light checked. More
