Early this year I was diagnosed with Cancer and to anticipate a lengthy process of testing and treatment. After numerous trips to and from GP and Edmonton I was obvious that my Yukon was going to end up with thousands of kilometers before this was over. I contact Sam and explained the situation and asked him if he could find me a low mileage Denali to attend our appointments. About a week later Sam cam back with an offer that seemed "To Good to be True" On June 14th my wife and I pick up our 2019 Yukon Denali with 12 kilometers at the Dealership!! The trade in value for our Yukon was great and Sam and his staff went way out of their way to accommodate us! Thank You Sam and Goldie for going Above the call!! More

Happy to sell, but not to serve. The most positive things I can say is that I did not feel pressured during the car shopping & I'm happy with the price I paid. The salesman did not follow through on our delivery appointment despite having 4 days to prep the car & setting a specific time. When we arrived, nothing was done-the car was not washed nor filled with gas. We were told to give him another 2 hours! No respect for my time. I did not feel that he valued me as a customer. I was also disappointed with the communication with the finance person. During the finance session, I felt that I was fast talked out of making a substantial down payment in favor of financing more. (who benefits from this, eh?) My phone calls to his office when I got home were not returned. On a final note, when we initially presented our car for trade in, the salesman did not even look at it. It felt like he didn't care that this was an important event in our life & that we valued the car we were trading in. More

Best Buying Experience Over the years I have purchased several vehicles. A few months back we were looking to trade up my wife’s vehicle and she happened to find the one she wanted on cargurus which happened to be located at capital. Needless to say, from the minute we contacted the dealership and dealt with Ebin we had just a great experience. Fair, easy going and informative. When it came time to trade in my vehicle we did some shopping around but certainly wanted to give Ebin and Sam a chance to once again earn our business. They did not disappoint. We have owned several GM vehicles over the years, some decent deals, some not so much but we learned along the way. At Capital we didn’t have to spend weeks of back and forth negotiating. We were up front with them regarding our expectations and they were equally up front with what they could do to help us, and that’s the important part, the seemed truly genuine in helping us meet our needs. Not only would I recommend Capital, I already have. They will work to understand what you’re looking for and put in the time to make sure you’re happy. This is a sincere review from people who have had a lot of vehicle buying experiences, we are not being compensated for this review save for the already excellent experiences we have enjoyed in dealing with these fine people. From sales to finance everyone was courteous, professional and provided us with as stress free experience as buying a vehicle can be. They ended up including bonuses such as tints (instead of the trip) to sweeten the deal even more! These guys will go far and wide to source out any vehicle you are interested in no matter the make or model. Maulik helped us through the paperwork, and did not try to pressure us into purchasing any warranty's or extra add-ons which was extremely respectful, and made this experience great as there was never pressure throughout the entire process from first seeing the vehicle to purchasing it. These guys were very accommodating with my uncertainties, and even allowed me to take the vehicle for a night to make sure I was in love with it as their main focus was for me to purchase a vehicle that I loved, and not regret a purchase! It has been 2 months since the purchase of this vehicle, and I am in love with it! Capital had done a major inspection on it, completed an oil change, and cleaned the vehicle to make it look brand new! This is the only dealership I would recommend, as so many dealerships have given my family and I the run around, but these guys were not interested in pushing a vehicle on me, but helping me find something I would fall in love with. More
