Hi Alex Thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry that things didn't go as well as you wanted last year with your buying experince. Frankly what you describe isn't up to our standards either. While I'm a little unclear about the situation with the brakes I'm confident your vehicle was safe when you purchased it. The A/C issue was something that was emerging last spring/summer with Honda. A number of issues happened at the same time which made it difficult to service quickly (Honda announcing a recall, parts supply delays, and booking schedules). These weren't things that Honda, Honda West or anyone wanted as the weather was so hot last year. I'm glad to read that your issue was fixed. Ya, I did not think I was very clear about the breaks, basically, the salesperson was going to sell me the unit with %15 remaining on the breaks, I asked for the breaks to be replaced since %15 is a rather low number and reluctantly the salesperson agreed to go ask the sales manager about the possibility of replacing the breaks and when he came back they agreed to replace them because they "were not allowed to sell the car with that warn down of breaks". Something which they would have been happy to do if I did not question it. And then I still had to have the breaks replaced at my next service, although probably a different part of the breaks. And BTW, based on the admittedly limited experience I have had with my A/C this year my A/C is still not working.
