purchased a new cadillac XT5 that included set of winter tires as part of purchase contract....these weren't available when I picked up the car; made appointment to pick them up week later but dealer cancel tires as part of purchase contract....these weren't available when I picked up the car; made appointment to pick them up week later but dealer cancelled because they lost a tire; made another appointment to pick them up 5 weeks later but still had to wait for the tires to be installed on the rims; went to install these winter tires ahead of winter and found that the supplied tires don't fit over the large front red brembo brake calipers on my Cadillac Sport model...almost two week now and everyone in a meeting and nobody returns any of my phone calls ... I guess they feel they met the contract even though I can't them,,,, More

My daughter just recently bought a used car from here and was so excited it was her first big purchase all on her own saved enough money to purchase it with no other help. The next day after the car was rele was so excited it was her first big purchase all on her own saved enough money to purchase it with no other help. The next day after the car was released and safety was done she realized the car ac was blowing hot air so contacted them right away( it was sold with working ac) then a day later the engine light came on they made her an appointment for a few days later the engine light then went off before going to the dealership. They of course couldn’t scan for this which I thought they stayed on the computer unless they where deleted I could be wrong on that but weird it sat there for 4 days and they said they didn’t have time to fix the ac so we picked it up noticed that they put on just over 100km on it and her change that was in the console was gone. She rescheduled which hasn’t been taken back in yet but will be shortly meanwhile I took it for a drive today and heard a clinking in the back so I took a look and the shock is very loose and sliding all over. I have a very big trust issue with this shop if this is what they are letting out of there shop and fell like they just won’t there money and don’t care at all. Needless to say her excitement and her whole experience has turned into a nightmare hope they come good on all of this really disappointing and disgusted in how a big dealer ship like this one can be so shady Tom McMurray And this doesn’t even include the fact they have not returned my down payment on a vehicle I was looking at and didn’t sign a single thing they say they are keeping it because they put a spray in bed liner and I was to pay for it even though I didn’t purchase it like really xxx More

Picked up my used truck Sept 1st 2023, had issues upon pickup that were told would be rectified once back home at a local dealer as I live 6 hours away. Brought truck in to local dealer to get estimates on items they said they would fix plus items that were supposes to be fixed for safety certificate that was over looked. Still havent heard from them since I sent estimates via email. Along with all that poor communication was dealt with throught phone/email purchase from financing prices changing without any reason and just going ahead and adding extra warranties that i asked about but did not approve then saying I would lose my finance approval if i took off the warranty....discount was supposed to be $500 off not $250..half a detail job my5 year old details my vehicles better. Had to ask why the truck was on empty upon arrival.... Just alot of stuff was overlooked and rushed and ill be contacting MTO and a lawyer about these repairs if it is not dealt with by the end of this week (Sept 24th 2023 is today). Currently would not reccomend my worst enemy to this GM dealer. If i could give half a star I would currently. Review might change or things added once issues are fixed. Lance Regimbal. More
