This dealership met everyone of my needs and exceeded my expectations. The buying experience was amazing. I did however bring up a scratch on the vehicle but to my surprise they were aware and had already p expectations. The buying experience was amazing. I’ve never dealt with a dealerships with such exceptional customer service. Both Matt and Manny have checked in to make sure my purchase was good even after my pick up. I am very pleased with Stockie Chrysler. I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel about my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. He answered all the questions I had about the van as I was in Windsor a I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel about my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. He answered all the questions I had about the van as I was in Windsor and could not see it or go for a test drive. I was in a predicament that my original 2020 Caravan was written off by the insurance company and I knew that they would not give me the time to purchase a new one when they made the decision of if they would fix it or write it off. I found this new van at Stockie and Gabriel gave me options as to what to do. I put a down payment and they held it for me until insurance company decided. Of course the time they did decide they only gave me 3 days to get a replacement and did not care if I had a vehicle or not. Well Matt and Gabriel came through, I got the financing and the vehicle was ready in 3 days. We picked it up and it was everything we wanted. Thank you very much to you both at Stockie Chrysler. Matt and Gabriel you did a great job and even though I did not see the vehicle it was as you said with all the phone calls, texts and emails we had between us. More
