This was based on researching all candidate brands online, with the 2017 GMC Acadia Denali as the runaway winner. My wife and I visited HMP and test drove the vehicle we eventually selected. Our sales rep Braden Erb was a pleasure to work with - extremely courteous and knowledgeable with no pressure to close the deal until we were ready. Matt Ehgoetz was also very friendly and helpful with the business arrangements. We took advantage of the available incentives in combination with a fair price, and are very satisfied with the entire experience. We will be back for future business with HMP. More

I have always been treated with respect and kindness anytime I call or stop by. No question I have is too small and the staff always have time for me. Due to a situation where GMC/Chevy stopped producing the vehicle I was interested in, I had the opportunity to shop with other dealers and still came back to HMP. My experiences at 4 other dealerships between London and Exeter was less than stellar. Attitude, pricing and total disinterest in serving me, helped me make my decision to come back to HMP and buy a vehicle that I was happy with. I very much like the personal service that I receive from everyone at the dealership. Starting with Anne at reception, through the service personnel Ryan, Dick, Don and Jim, through the business management staff Matt and Susan all the way up to Tim, I always get a smile and a wave and a how are you today? other dealerships really could take lessons on customer appreciation from HMP.
