He was pleasant on the phone and suggested that I test drive the vehicle. It was extremely easy (especially considering he offered to pick me up). When we arrived to the Erinwood Ford dealership I was introduced and greeted by Nick Palalas (Director) who is such an AMAZING gentleman - Nick was very professional and helpful in the buying process. I would also like to mention Martin Menzies who was kind enough to share with me additional information and more, he had a good understanding of what I needed to close the deal. I can absolutely say that this team went above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new vehicle!!! Erinwood Ford Service I attended Erinwood Ford to get a slow tire leak checked. I did not have an appointment but Etta greeted me immediately and was very friendly and prof I attended Erinwood Ford to get a slow tire leak checked. I did not have an appointment but Etta greeted me immediately and was very friendly and professional. She had my tire checked right away. While I was waiting the sales person who sold me the vehicle, Martin Menzies, was there and checked in to see if everything was ok. He even check with Etta to see what was wrong with my tire. Unfortunately they were unable to detect the source of the leak but Etta told me that the tire pressure was topped up and to come back in if it went down. I returned three days later and was greeted by Etta again who had the tire inspected immediately. The technician noticed that the valve stem and tire pressure monitor was problem. It was replaced under warranty without any issues. In the past 15 months since purchasing my vehicle from Erinwood Ford I've had nothing but positive experiences everytime I've walked in the doors. I have recommended Erinwood Ford to my friends and colleagues due to the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff that they employ. Keep up the good work! More

We, without hesitation, came back to Erinwood Ford for our new purchase. We had decided on a Ford Escape and, lucky us, we were directed to Martin Menzies to help us with our deal. He was informative, personable, knowledgeable and very eager to make us happy. We "built" our new car and then just sat back, waiting for it to be delivered. In the meantime, Martin, assisted us in trying to sell our cars privately. He gave us invaluable advice and as luck would have it, we were able to successfully sell one of our cars. Upon taking possession of our car, he patiently gave us our first lesson (there may be more down the road). He, without a doubt, is an incredible asset to Ford and we were lucky that the fates brought us together for this transaction. Thank you, Martin and, of course, in 7 years, we will be back. More

This time I got a 2017 F150 and the moment my sale professional Martin new I was coming he had a few trucks out and ready for me to look at. He took the time to explain how some of the features worked and helping me choose the features and getting me the best bang for my buck. After the deal was done he took me to the service area and my service advisor Joe engle assured me he will make sure they check that all the latest software updates are done for the sync system. Delivery day was awesome just like they said everything was done and ready right on time the truck looked fantastic and the service guy set up my sync and I was off.
