There was a sense of trust that’s important to me when making a large purchase, and I didn’t feel like I was being lied to or taken advantage of which you often feel from other dealerships. He went above and beyond and even found winter tires for me at an insanely discounted price and had them installed for me at pick up. This was the easiest car purchase I’ve made, and he made sure to keep me updated on everything until I drove it off the lot. More

This starts with George Hill, the General Manager, and is then reflected in the Sales person I worked with , Martin Menzies, knowledgeable and delighted to answer any questions you have, and Pete Jolly from Service. 4 hours before I picked up my car I emailed Erinwood to say I wanted to add a set of snow tires they had on offer. As it was December 17th and everyone wanted to change over their tires I fully expected I would need to make a return visit to get this done, but no, I got a return reply confirming that the tires would be on the car when I picked it up. I had visited two other Ford dealers before I arrived at Erinwood Ford and I am extremely happy I took this extra step. If you are in the market for a car I would encourage you to visit Erinwood.
