True Customer Focused Experience Mercedes Benz London is truly focused on providing the best customer experience. I had the good fortune of working with Rob Stockie, Jeff Murphy, the Mercedes Benz London is truly focused on providing the best customer experience. I had the good fortune of working with Rob Stockie, Jeff Murphy, the Wong Sisters and Markus as part of the buying experience for my new Mercedes. This is my third Mercedes and the professionalism, care and customer focus is truly outstanding. Although I was away on business, Rob and Katrina worked with me by phone and email and ensured the deal came together. Stress free. Jeff, Markus and Kristina oversaw the delivery process, answered all of our questions and made us feel appreciated and valued. Thanks again to Rob for personally working with me to find the right Mercedes and putting together a deal that worked for me. More

I am unable to say enough about the exemplary dedication to excellence and friendliness exhibited by both Markus and Mike. As I tell Mercedes-Benz management whenever I get the chance, if Markus and Mike leave Mercedes-Benz London, we'll follow them both to another operation. He is always knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process of buying a car. It is one of the reasons that we are repeat customers. Katrina Wong guided us through the financial aspects of buying a car. She made it a very comfortable experience for us. We also have been impressed with the service department--Mike Maric and previously Markus Widmer. They have been professional , honest and fair in all our dealings with them. This is why we do not seek service elsewhere. More

Outstanding Service Department Had one vehicle booked for some warranty work, at the last minute I had another vehicle that needed work done so I asked if I could bring it in instea Had one vehicle booked for some warranty work, at the last minute I had another vehicle that needed work done so I asked if I could bring it in instead. No problem with bringing in my vehicle, and even though it required more work it was still done by 2:30pm. Everyone I deal with on the service counter does an excellent job, it is a well run department. More

I have had my Mercedes serviced by the excellent team headed by Dave McVittie and Markus Widmer which is why I continue to be a loyal MB customer. As a salesman Tony ranks right up there with the best. He is a pleasure to deal with and his product knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to explain even the smallest details made the purchase seamless. 15 years and still coming back 15 years ago we came over to Merecedes London after extremely poor customer service at the local Jaguar dealership. Five Mercs later and we are still full of praise for the whole experience, from sales to service we are treated as valid customers and with total respect. And the product itself...lets just say it was harder saying goodbye to my last E-550 than it was sending the kids off to college :) More
