This is my second time using this dealership and also same salesman. I feel like Bart is genuine and fair. The dealership let me store my cars on their lot, after the sale, for person reasons. I asked them to fix my marked up wheels on tge car but they wouldn't or even take some money off to make the deal better but they didn't do that either. They did fix the hail damage on car. I can see a clear difference in the darkness of the window tint on car and sapaugh wouldn't budge on giving me a deal with tge window tint. I was told my wheels could be found on ebay and that the wheels were cheap( that wasn't true). If anyone does read these reviews my name is Timothy Stassel and I bought a 2017 gmc acadia if sapaugh would fix the wheels that have chrome peeling from them that'd be great! And I would give them a 5 star rating but for now I can't because my expectations weren't met. More

Sapaugh has the best customer service. I have bought 9 cars from Sapaugh. Rich Konold has been my salesmen for every car. His is customer service goes above and beyond just The sale of a car. Rich Took me out to the Service area. We said hi to Maryland on the way. I was introduced to Crystal, Who is one of the several ladies Who will help me make my appointments when I call in to set one up.Rich introduced me to Steve, one of the porters who will help me when I get there. He also introduced me to Mark and Preston who Are two of the service advisors that will help me get my car checked in and work with me on the service. The sales team is the greatest but I can’t say the same thing about service. The appointments times are approximate, I am told sometimes they have to finish the cars from the prior day first and I have to thing about service. I’ve been purchasing my vehicles from Sapaugh for over 25 years. My only salesmen were Ron Parker, and now Al Vincent. Al is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and as a salesman he will get you all applicab years. My only salesmen were Ron Parker, and now Al Vincent.
