After being turned away from the dealership we purchased the car from because they didn't have a "Honda mechanic," I took it to Northide where we have our Clarity serviced. I walked in with no appointment b the car from because they didn't have a "Honda mechanic," I took it to Northide where we have our Clarity serviced. I walked in with no appointment but Mark got me in immediately. Even though we couldn't hear the noise it was making at tht time, Mark sent it back to service to be checked. Sure enough, there was an air conditioner part that was broken. Mark also went above and beyond since there was a maintenance agreement that he had to coordinate with. Great job! Saved me over $900. I won't go back to the other dealership. More

Everything was 5 star except while I was waiting in the lobby, there were another group of customers, 3 people together (2 asian women, 1 asian male), with a highly aggressive pitbull breed dog there insid lobby, there were another group of customers, 3 people together (2 asian women, 1 asian male), with a highly aggressive pitbull breed dog there inside. The dog was uncontrollably barking at anyone passing by and wanting to attack any one who passed by there table in order to get to the service counter. They were sitting at a table in a high traffic zone. The dog must have leaped and barked aggressively more than 5 times! These customers only pulled its leash to prevent a violent attack from this highly unpredictable aggressive breed! I was super uncomfortable, scared because the dog was actually looking at me and growling as it probably sensed my fear energy. I thought by its second barking and leap that they would have to be asked to sit in another area away from the high traffic zone but nothing was done to solidify the issue. I hope this does not affect Marks 5 star review as he was super amazing with me and exceeded my customer expectations thoroughly and such a super genuine and comfortable guy to speak to about my needs for my Honda Pilot! Thank you Mark for a great friendly experience and I will definitely come back to get my Pilot serviced. More

Kind and quick. I was met the moment I drove into the service lot to get my first service done on the car.
