Got off to a bad start, in that the 2nd key was missing for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. After a week's worth of phone calls to sales and getting nowhere for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it.
