I keep trying Don Davis, but they just aren't up to par. I brought my truck in for a routine oil change. When they pulled my truck around, the skid plate was dragging on the ground...very obvious! They had some excuse about a plastic bolt, but bottom line is it should never have made it off the rack, much less driven around, in that shape. Marcie helped me fix it quickly, but this will be my last trip to Don Davis. More

My most recent recall visit to Don Davis Fort, my visit went really well. A total of three recall notifications was taken care on with only one visit from me. Service was prompt and professional; however, I wish they had not rummaged through my center console looking for who knows what. This is my third Lincoln purchased at Don Davis and I've never felt the need to remove all personal belongings when taking it for service. Their employees should all have thorough background checks if they are going to be responsible for expensive SUV's. More
