The service department continues to leave a lot to be desired. Did they actually do my Oil Change?! As they never reset my Oil Life Monitor on dash display. They forgot to put the DEF in the truck and had to do it when I picked up the truck even though I specifically told them I was Low on DEF. I also didn’t receive any paperwork so I have no idea what they checked or inspected. If it wasn’t for Kelvin, Mo and Manny my wife and I would be happy to take our business elsewhere. Service department leaves a lot to be desired each and everytime we visit Capital Denaliville management and owners have to continue working hard to train service staff up to acceptable standards.
