Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. Twice they told me it was on the hoist being fixed when it was not. Not a word was said from the rep when I picked it up. No apologies offered. Sent in 2 different feedback/surveys with a request to have customer service all me with no follow up. If it was not under warranty I would not bring it back. More

We would highly recommend this dealership to any one needing service or repairs to there vehicle. Everyone involved in repairing our vehicle were professional knowledgeable, courteous, kept us informed needing service or repairs to there vehicle. Everyone involved in repairing our vehicle were professional knowledgeable, courteous, kept us informed as to what stage our repairs were in and in the end saved us money.
