Tire repair Anthony went above and beyond to take care of my issue in a timely manner. He made sure my problem was solved so I could get on with my busy day. The service Centre was very busy but I had a tire leak and The techs were all busy with other Jobs. I didn’t have to ask for him to to anything, he just went ahead and started the diagnosis himself so that it could be fixed right away. Service with a smile is always appreciated. Extremely disappointed after 20 years being a client To provide some perspective, I've been a client with my parents of this dealership for 20 years, even after moving out of Mississauga, still brought c To provide some perspective, I've been a client with my parents of this dealership for 20 years, even after moving out of Mississauga, still brought cars for service there despite inconvenience of location etc. Car: 2011 Dodge Journey. Issue: November 13, 2017 took the car in for regular winter tire swap and request to change all brake pads and rotors because the car had been ideal for a while and I preferred to ensure complete safety during winter. Was informed brakes had 60% life on them to which I insisted they be changed nevertheless. January, 12 2018 - brake noise heard. Brough the car in for check on Jan 13. After check, was told that brakes were changed under warranty since they were changed in November. January, 24 - Noise still coming from the brakes when I took car in this time, was advised that they changed the rotors. When asked why rotors weren't change the previous time with the brakes, got a round around answer. February 21 -Met with Service Manager to discuss issue. Went out with Technician to ensure he heard the noise coming from the car. He confirmed 1) that he heard it and 2) that previously they had not done proper investigation and just changed pads to please me. Surprising to learn as no one ever came to ask me to confirm the noise while I waited for them to service the car every time. I always wait in the lounge while car is serviced, even for regular oil change. Brakes and rotors changed yet again. Are you keeping count?? March 26 - Car is due for regular oil change and I did not want to again time off work to trek all the way to Mississauga for this. Mind you, noise still coming from brakes. I decide to take car to a different dealership. I did not tell them anything about the brakes. Just requested oil change. During the call advising me the car is ready for pick up, the agent says "you must hear noise from your brakes, right??" I confirm. He adds that my supposedly "new brakes" are after-market and are at 80%. I was never informed by Ontario Chrysler if I wanted authentic parts or after-market. I trusted they would replace parts with authentic. Now I know I was cheated by this dealership. More
