Just something to note we live about 1.5 hours away with two Ford Dealers 10 mins from our place, and Erinwwod is worth the drive. The Sales team just want to sell cars, there are no scare tactics, no pressure and no end of sale surprises as we always dealt with the all in #. One thing I liked and I am not used too is they did everything they said they would do when it was supposed to be done by. Picking up the truck was a great experience too. It was pouring rain the day we had to come for the pickup, I was dreading to have to stand out in the rain. However, I learned that Erinwood has some bays reserved for customer delivery very nice touch. All our questions were answered and as we learned about how the options on the new trucked worked. As I mentioned in the subject line it was another fantastic Sales Experience. More

Helpful I am from out of town and unfortunately arrived when the dealership had closed early (I didn’t check the website). Paddy was locking things up when he saw me on the lot. I explained I needed to buy a vehicle ASAP as mine had been a write-off. Paddy stayed late so that I could purchase a new vehicle. He was very friendly; he treated us as guests. When I went to pick up my new car, he was standing outside the dealership doors in the rain waiting to greet me. Paddy was new to selling new cars vs used cars. His team was there to help and support him. Carol from finance was lovely to work with. Also, Lukasaz came out to the garage to show me how everything in the car worked. He even synced my phone for me. The team worked well together to ensure my needs were met. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable being there. More
