Vehicle sale with Gianni went well a few weeks ago but came to find that one of my truck's 360 view cameras was non-functional. I scheduled a service visit and once there, waited 3 hours to have the news came to find that one of my truck's 360 view cameras was non-functional. I scheduled a service visit and once there, waited 3 hours to have the news of "we ordered the part, come back later" with zero updates along the way despite requesting them through the text communique that I received at check in telling me I could. I texted at 2 hours, 2.5 hours and finally went to the service desk at 3 hours to get answers or an update to find my paperwork just sitting there waiting. Not a great Customer Experience on the service side of things. More

Not a good experience. Unfortunately still going through it. They said 2 weeks for my car, didn’t get it for 6 weeks. Then they lost all my paperwork, refused to give a loyalty discount, and made errors on the paperwork. I had concerns about my vehicle at pick up and was told it’s fine only to find out several things are broken/not working on a brand new car and they couldn’t give me an appointment until the following week. Not to mention after I drove my new car home the girl called and demanded I turn around because she forgot to have me sign a paper. The salesperson knew I was not happy and then refused to look at me….he made his deal and not willing to help further. Hopefully my new car gets fixed correctly so I can maybe give a positive review. More
