I have had the pleasure of working with this dealer and salesman, Lou, twice. Most recently was 2 weeks ago with the purchase of a Rav4 Hybrid. I made 1 phone call to Lou to enquire about a particular mo salesman, Lou, twice. Most recently was 2 weeks ago with the purchase of a Rav4 Hybrid. I made 1 phone call to Lou to enquire about a particular model/color I was interested in. This car is in high demand and has not been easy to locate. Within one day Lou had the exact car I wanted, and it was in my driveway a few days later. Lou is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Diego worked tirelessly to get a fantastic rate in today's market. I urge anyone looking for a Toyota to visit smithtown Toyota and say, "hello", to Lou. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, provided detailed information about the vehicle, and ensured that all the paperwork was handled efficiently.
