I had an issue with my trade in, the day I was doing so, my trade in got hit and had damages. I was really worried about what was going to happen, but Logan and staff made me feel at ease immediately. Had a few laughs actually. Logan and I hit it off right away, I consider him a friend, cause that's the way he came across to me. Any questions or concerns I had was dealt with right away, never had to chase anyone down, which is the way it should be. Love my chev, I would get another, and recommend (and have) the dealership and product to my friends and family. Doing this little review is the least I can do for Logan, Sherwood park Chevrolet and staff. So I wanna say thank you for giving me a surprisingly great experience, and providing me with a great product. I get nothing but compliments from everyone! Amazing customer service I emailed the dealer looking for a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and within an hour Logan had contacted me and got the ball started. It was ok I live 2.5 away from sherwood park/Edmonton area I was told to go and see the guys at sherwood chevy so I did basically anything that could go wrong d I live 2.5 away from sherwood park/Edmonton area I was told to go and see the guys at sherwood chevy so I did basically anything that could go wrong did go wrong I dealt with Logan Reid,Nathan gillis,Graham Wyatt , the list goes on it didn't seem like there is much communication between shifts. If I tell you Graham I want to pick up car tonight I would expect it to be ready or at least check on it and let me no, not just pass the buck over to Logan. Needless to say after day of work and then 2.5 hr drive to pick my car up and it not being ready I was not happy camper. And then go to sign paper work. And there are things on bill of sale I didn't want like warranty like I told them 2 days before........ All said and done pick up car and go to register it and the bill of sale isn't even signed by finance manager....... more waiting...........................After a long drawn out process later I got what I wanted for trade and figured out the mess of miscommunication on the sherwood park chevy staff. All were very understanding about the mess that is Olivia and Logan if wasn't for them I would have walked away. With finance issues Kevin and Olivia got it figured out and offered to put us up in hotel ( couldn't because we had to work next day). Logan filled my truck full of gas. Logan Read is the only salesman I will do business with at this location. Review rating is for( Logan, Olivia, and Kevin, only) I will be buying new truck from this location next year.
