I initially attended the dealership to inquire about the TDI buy back status. I received up to date accurate information and no canned corporate sales pitch. As a result I choose to stay with VW, and decided to give my business to Dalmar. It is not the closest dealership to me, but worth the trip. As soon as we started looking at cars outside, he was right there to help us and gave pertinent information on each car we asked about. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, so Mike did a great job explaining the car features and lease details on a level I could understand. I never felt pressured to lease with Dalmar at any point while in the store and Mike was truly receptive to my needs and wants. In retrospect, I am very glad I chose to lease from Dalmar - the experience has been hassle-free and I love my bug! More
