We were given a truly practical tutorial by Bill in the operation of the vehicle who clearly knows his stuff completely.. He was particularly helpful in explaining the various settings available in the technology. And the whole exercise was done with a cheerful attitude that added to the friendly atmosphere of the place. He also provided us with the contact information for the service department, and advised us to contact him if we have any questions regarding the vehicle operation. Leo took the time to go over the documentation carefully with us, and made practical suggestions to assist our decisions on warranty options and other issues. My husband and I are very impressed with the entire operation at the dealership. More
