The dealership has a friendly and welcoming environment. Crystal greeted warmly upon entrance and directed to available sales rep, Vladislav. Vlad was very nice and straight to the point instead of meaningless questions other dealerships may be asking. This Hyundai dealership or sales reps may be asking. Vlad was also able to offer a trim not available at other dealership. Not only was I able to receive a competitive quote, but also “touch and feel” the exact trim I wanted. Even though vehicle wait time was substantial, I was willing to wait for the trim I wanted. Leo was also very professional offering different additional warranty options and fully understood when I had opted to decline them. It did feel like no pressure purchase. More
