Zi has outstanding customer service. He is very professional yet down to earth, none of cheesy trying to be cool type of sales approach. He was easy to talk to and answered all me questions. If he didn’t know the answer to something he would reach out to someone who did. Zi followed up with us throughout the buying process while we waited for the numbers for our trade-in and purchase process, while we waited for the vehicle to arrive, til the papers were signed, and even 2 weeks after we had possession of the vehicle.
