It started with my wife wanting to look at the new Outlanders as she had researched many positives while home in Japan. We went to Pete Moore Mitsubishi and was greeted by Kyle Prell who showed us sev Outlanders as she had researched many positives while home in Japan. We went to Pete Moore Mitsubishi and was greeted by Kyle Prell who showed us several models and their features. His salesmanship was pressure free and he bent over backwards to accommodate our questions, concerns and time constraints. Kyle was very knowledgeable and courteous. We test drove the Outlander "black edition" and were impressed and smitten by all of the features, handling, cabin environment, and price point. It outclassed my beloved Hondas and made me a fan. Steve Beauchamp really impressed us with the tech and the ease in navigating the application and he is a stellar manager. Plus, he is an owner and a true believer of the Mitsubishi brand! A kudos and sincere shout-out to Patty "Cakes" Hayles who guided us through the paperwork and the financing. She made the experience enjoyable, stress-free, calm and instructive. Not unlike a favorite teacher or coach. She also a great sense of humor! What an awesome Team! More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pete Moore Imports and was very satisfied on how easy Kyle Prell made the process. I started with an email asking about a particular car and he got right back Imports and was very satisfied on how easy Kyle Prell made the process. I started with an email asking about a particular car and he got right back to me and sent all the details on the vehicle. He had the paperwork ready by the time I came in and just waited for my answer after seeing the car in person and taking it for a test drive. I liked the car, signed the paperwork and was out the door in about 30 minutes. I told Kyle exactly what i wanted so he did not waste my time with anything else. I would recommend this dealership, and working with Kyle Prell. More

A Great Experience at Pete Moore Mitsubishi Imports My car buying experience began with strategizing on the type of vehicle that would service not only myself but my family as well. I knew I wanted a Mit car buying experience began with strategizing on the type of vehicle that would service not only myself but my family as well. I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi as I have had a Mitsubishi Gallant for several years with no major problems. And I also wanted a new reliable and affordable vehicle. My search led me to the Outlander with its many features including 3rd row seating. This is where my journey to Pete Moore Mitsubishi Imports began. Arriving at the dealership, we inadvertently entered via the Service area. The Service staff were welcomingly and immediately led myself and my two “assistants” to the sales department where I met my salesperson, Kyle Prell. Kyle introduced himself in a very professional and personable manner making us feel at ease. I showed him an online printout of the Outlander. He explained that he’d be back with an Outlander vehicle. He brought back a beautiful silver brand new Outlander. I must interject that I started with the dealership across the street. That experience was awful. I felt I wasn’t being heard since I was being shown used vehicles high mileage (e.g., 50K+) as well as cars in the back lot. It was a pleasant surprise and a completely positive experience at the Mitsubishi Imports dealership. My salesperson took the time to listen and answer questions confidently. We took the vehicle on a test drive where Mr. Prell explained the features, service data (i.e., tires, oil changes), ratings, etc. Upon our return, we opened the hood where he took the time and had the knowledge to explain the type of engine and what was what (I had my personal mechanic with me). I cannot say enough regarding how pleasant and easy Mr. Prell made this experience happen for me. Before going over to the finance department, Mr. Prell handed me the Service Consultant’s, Jessica Howard business card and explained how to use the service department (i.e., call ahead). The finance officer, Ms. Patty Hayles was extremely helpful, thorough and explained all financial, warranty, and service options available to me. She was sincere and patient. She mentioned the service department and wanted to ensure that I knew they are available for any service required and the importance of keeping up with the service. The quality of the new Mitsubishi Outlander, the condition of the vehicle, the price, the financing terms, and the warranty were very satisfactory. I did not encounter any problems or issues. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, where 1 is the worst and 5 is the best, I rate this experience as a 5 for customer service, product quality, and value. This dealership exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a valued customer. The entire staff, including the dealership Manager were very professional and spoke highly of each other. Kyle ensured my new Outlander was professionally cleaned as well as he filled the gas tank with premium gas (explaining the value of using premium gas). He had the user manual ready for my departure. I would definitely recommend Pete Moore Mitsubishi Imports to anyone looking for a quality vehicle with no hassles and an honest staff. Ask for the salesperson, Kyle Prell.😊😊 More

Kyle and Larry are great. The car I bought great. However. Pre owned certified. Been in the shop twice. I was sold a car with something broke. 400 miles down the road. Oh, you The car I bought great. So new tires and some warranty work. The consumer pays more for pre owned certified but clearly you don’t get more. I would say that you should go somewhere else. More
