Glanzmann Subaru service department IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day a CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day and a half. Shame on you GLANZMAN. How hard is it to make a phone call???? DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE MY CAR THERE AGAIN and I recommend that anyone reading this find another dealer to service their car! There are way too many other good choices in the area that provide better service. More

The Waiting Game. I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that m I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that my car had not even been touched, 5 hours after I dropped it off. Why make appointments? Thankfully I had a loaner. My car needed new tires (after only 34,000 miles) but apparently they don't do that on Saturdays, so they were trying to make me wait until Monday. Thankfully, they worked it in. I asked if there were any deals or coupons available for the work needed, the advisor said he would apply a $25 coupon for the amount I was paying. It's not a lot, but anything helps. When I picked up the car this morning, I checked out, and literally saw my car sitting there, ready, for 15 minutes while I waited. I finally asked the people outside if I could take it, and they asked where my advisor was. I replied, "You tell me." When I looked at the service receipt, guess what wasn't there? The $25 coupon. Their incredible sales and generous trade-in allowance made me a Glanzmann customer, their poor service is not likely to keep me as one. More

Kyle asked me to drop off my car on the week that he is out. I called twice to find out the update. It is a week now and no success. Just automated text messages about him being away and I should call with out. I called twice to find out the update. It is a week now and no success. Just automated text messages about him being away and I should call with any questions. My curiosity is, WHY would Kyle ask me to drop off my car when he’s out and could not get to working on my car?? He should have told me to drop off when he and the mechanic is available. Initially, I was promised that my car will take a day or two to complete, but no. It is a whole week now. I was satisfied many times before but not with this current work!!! I drove too far from my home for your continuous services, but with this situation, I will have to reconsider getting Subaru or going to that establishment. More

My Crosstrek has been at your dealership 3 times in the last 60 days for the same problem. Most recently it was there for 2 weeks and I paid $408. I got it back yesterday morning and didn’t drive it until last 60 days for the same problem. Most recently it was there for 2 weeks and I paid $408. I got it back yesterday morning and didn’t drive it until this evening. I drove it for 27 minutes and parked my car and the same problem happened - the fuse blew. I called and you set me up with another appointment for May 1. I will not be spending any time for any diagnostic work since the $408 I just paid yesterday didn’t fix the issue. I’ve never had an issue with my Crosstrek and I feel like I am getting the run around on what they think the issue is. I am super frustrated! More

Kyle was my service advisor for state inspection, oil & filter change, multipoint inspection...and, as it turned out, new rear brakes. He was pleasant, professional, and thorough in his explanations.
