I needed the tire pressure light turned off. I was at my appointment 30 minutes early. Three and a half hours later I was told it would cost $1,508.47 : $686.40 for labor, $689.47 for parts, $69 I was at my appointment 30 minutes early. Three and a half hours later I was told it would cost $1,508.47 : $686.40 for labor, $689.47 for parts, $69.95 for shop charge, and $62.65 tax. I did not tell them I needed any thing other than for them to turn off the light, I don’t need a tire pressure light to tell me my tires are low. I have a pressure garage that cost me $5.00, I have eyes to see that my tires might be low, and I can tell by driving my car that if it is pulling to the right or left I need to check my tires with my $5.00 tire gauge. I declined the estimate total presented to me, paid the $99.95 inspection fee and left Freeman’s Toyota extremely disappointed, with my tire pressure light still on, and I would never recommend this dealership to a living soul. Freeman is always courteous and is very through when I bring my Camry in for service. The wait time is generally between 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and I get a complimentary wash.Freeman Toyota will always have my bus bring my Camry in for service. Still not sure if I was charged correctly even with the online price. They added 1 qt too much oil. The returned cost of 1 qt and was about to send me off.... I made comment about the qt of extra oil in my online price. They added 1 qt too much oil. The returned cost of 1 qt and was about to send me off.... Probably won't return ever and I own a Lexus and Toyota tundra. Wouldn't. Recommend this place for service More

Most of the time I’ve had a good experience here. But the last two times I’ve had a bad experience getting the service I asked for.
