Adam was kind, courteous and very cooperative in explaining the features of two models and taking us out in two cars for test drives. Adam was very patient in explaining and reviewing the features of the model I selected and helped me set the navigation and the cell phone. And did a terrific job reviewing all details about the car. They exude quiet confidence of those who know what they are doing. They smoothed out wrinkles and made the entire transaction effortless. Adam and Katrina arranged to have us picked up at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was in order the beautiful E350 convertible we purchased was in impeccable condition and ready to go. Rob Stockie came out just before we left to say hello and wish us well. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. I have never written a review before -- for anything. But I'm compelled to do so here because of the remarkable and unprecedented customer service we received. It really was a pleasure dealing with the team at Mercedes-Benz London. A wonderful experience! The moment I walked into Mercedes-London I was greeted with a warm smile. The lady asked how she could help and then found me an available Sales Agent The moment I walked into Mercedes-London I was greeted with a warm smile. The lady asked how she could help and then found me an available Sales Agent, Adam Stockie. Before we even started our conversation he offered me a cold beverage. I let him know what I was looking for and he promptly showed me to a couple of vehicles. No pressure sales here. He started the one I was interested in and went over all of the options. I was from out of town, he responded quickly to my email questions and we worked out a deal. A few days later I picked up the GLK and Adam went over all of the options with me in the vehicle, showing me how to use them all, etc. We left very happy. That same day I noticed that a cargo cover was missing, but being from out of town, right near closing time, we called from a local London restaurant, and Adam delivered the cargo cover to me at the restaurant. Fantastic service! He said he would follow up with me in 2 days, and he did! 10/10 service. If you want to contact me please do. PS: Kristina was awesome as well! More
