Friendly professional service I consider second to none. I just leased the 3rd vehicle in a row from London Mercedes Benz. My salesperson, Adam Stockie is a great guy to work with, I find him to be very rela I just leased the 3rd vehicle in a row from London Mercedes Benz. My salesperson, Adam Stockie is a great guy to work with, I find him to be very relaxed and fun to talk/work with. He treats me as a customer very well, he is not pushy or in any way do you feel like he is trying to push something on you you may not want. The car I picked up, a 2017 E400 was delayed arriving due to manufacturer issues, nothing to do with dealership. Adam ( and Rob Stockie as well) were excellent in keeping me in the loop as to it's progress. Adam and the dealership extended to me some "perks" and price adjustments to compensate for the delay. They did not have to do this and I was exceptionally elated with the outcome. Kristina in the finance office was a pleasure to deal with as well and got the paperwork finalized in very short order. I would happily recommend Mercedes Benz London to anyone looking for a great car and Adam as a salesperson who will look after you very very well! More

Everything happened just as it was supposed to, there were no hidden fees or high pressure sales tactics, and all advertised offers were made available without having to specifically ask. I made an appointment with Charbel Francis to look at the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready for me. Charbel answered all of my initial questions and I test drove the vehicle. After the test drive Charbel explained all of the many features of the vehicle. Throughout the purchasing process Charbel quickly responded to any of my emails. Katrina & Kristina efficiently guided me through the paperwork. On the day of the delivery the car was immaculate and Charbel demonstrated the vehicle systems and paired my iPhone. Charbel also directed me to a YouTube video that shows how to pair the garage door opener. Overall a professional and efficient automobile purchasing experience. More

Adam was more than helpful right from the start and worked with us throughout the process. I found him knowledgeable, polite and very customer oriented. When we picked up the vehicle he was very thorough during the turnover and we drove away very satisfied. I would send any of my friends there to deal with Adam. I also met the GM Rob Stockie and he was polite and very welcoming of new customers. I was introduced to our service advisor Mike and it appears we should have good experiences going forward. Kristina handled the paperwork and was courteous and very professional. More
