Tony Yang and Mercedes London exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I made an appointment to view the E Class Cabriolet that I was interested in, and Tony had it ready and waiting for me. He was very good at pointing out the features, but really the car sold itself. I found Tony to be very straightforward and transparent, not something I'm used to in car sales people. I bought the car on the spot. It just felt so comfortable to deal with Tony. I was also impressed with the dealership, the waiting area and the polite helpful knowledgeable staff. I live about an hour and 15 minutes outside of London and Tony explained the benefits of Mercedes London Concierge Service. I feel that is a service that puts Mercedes London way ahead of most other dealerships. Picking up the car was an easy, seamless experience. Tony took the time to explain and demonstrate each and every feature of the car so I felt more than comfortable driving it home. In summary, I've purchased many cars over my lifetime, and this will stand out as the easiest most pleasurable experience.
