Relaxed, Professional, No Pressure I visited the dealership in Aug 2017 with no intention of purchasing a vehicle (the timing was not right as I would be out of the country for a few mo I visited the dealership in Aug 2017 with no intention of purchasing a vehicle (the timing was not right as I would be out of the country for a few months). The vehicle I would have been interested in, as far as colour and options, wasn't on the lot anyway so I explained to Adam that I would come back to the dealership when I returned. Adam went over and above by offering to order the vehicle on my specs without any commitment from me to purchase. By doing this, it would be at the dealership by the time I returned to London. If I decided not to purchase the vehicle, the dealership would simply sell it as part of their normal stock. Amazing! Long story short, I ended up purchasing the vehicle after I returned! The process took several months elapsed time, however Adam was very patient and kept in touch with me during that time. Great Job! More

We booked an appointment to come up and have a test drive we found Adam to be very knowledgeable and pleasant and always had a smile on his face. We couldn't have asked for a better experience all in all. Adam and Kristina we're wonderful to deal with we decided to purchase the gl350. We then picked up the vehicle the following Friday Adam was away on holidays and set us up with Tony Tony took his time explaining all the ins and outs of the gl350. Adam also followed up with an email apologizing for being away and offering to help us out with anything we needed we would recommend Mercedes-Benz of London to any one of our friends or colleagues. It`s hard not to do business there because the service level is far superior than any other dealership we`ve been to. Everyone was amazing! Adam was super easy to deal with and always made us feel like we were truly appreciated as customers. Kristina made the final process easy...she even kept our 2 year old occupied while we were signing the final papers which was a HUGE help (thank-you, Kristina). Great customer service is hard to find these days, but I would say that everyone at this dealer goes above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I have and will continue to recommend people.
