Our sales representative at HMP in Exeter, Justin Parker was very knowledgable and if he couldn't answer any of our questions he was immediately online searching for an answer. We test drove the Terrain a couple of times, on different days and the showroom staff were very accommodating, making us feel at ease with our requests and questions.
