So much of the transaction was done over the phone / email but Danielle was extremely helpful, clear and concise. She is personable as well as authentic which are characteristics that can sometimes be hard to come by with a salesperson but she made what can become a stressful transaction easy. This is my second truck purchased through Team Chrysler and I would not want to do business with any other dealership.
