I wanted to let everyone know that this dealership Parts Center is the worse. I can just imagine that the rest of it operates the same way. I would stay away from them. The employee that greet me was rud Center is the worse. I can just imagine that the rest of it operates the same way. I would stay away from them. The employee that greet me was rude and looked like someone that should find a new job and his manager should follow him out the door, as I can tell he got trained by him. My wife bought a camera for our 2024 Denali HD3500 long box ($125 000 truck) to mount on the horse trailer to make the invisible trailer option work. I did not like the idea as our horse trailer as double opening door at the back and that will not work with this system... So, this morning I tried to return the unused camera, well I got decline under false assumption that the box was open, its a brown generic cardboard box!!! The camera is in perfect new condition, nothing missing. I can tell you that when someone is being stiff over a $800 camera with someone that owns a truck like mind, they are only after 1 thing from everyone, the initial purchase. After being frustrated by this pretend manager, I decided to talk with the General manager, well the cowered person decline talking with me and advise the front desk employee that he would call me later...still waiting 5 hours later... I cant believe that he never got out of is office to meet me and apologize in person for his busy schedule and make a new meeting with me...CUSTOMER SERVICE START WITH YOU Mr. General manager. That is most likely why everyone is miserable in this dealership. If you want to avoid this disappointment, I would try a different dealership. More
