This is the second time I have had issues with my vehicle after it being worked on for a week. When I came to pick it up after being told all work was complete and it was ready to go I started driving home a after it being worked on for a week. When I came to pick it up after being told all work was complete and it was ready to go I started driving home and could hear a horrible sound from my front end, and it was shaking. Turned around to take it straight back to the dealer and thank goodness there was one mechanic still there. After inspection it was confirmed the service department didn’t tighten the lug nuts on both my front tires. The nuts definitely were not tightened with a wrench. They were very loose and the tires were not installed correctly on the wheel studs. Just glad it wasn’t my wife and kids driving it and not realizing the problem and possibly losing both front tires. Not impressed. More

Amazing services always win in for winter tire change over. They noticed scalping all my tires and advise that I monitor them.And let me know that doo doesn't being an all season.Tire, they need to be ro over.
