Bought a vehicle there 65 days ago. Was in the shop for 3 weeks total. The work they did completely messed up the engine and 2 weeks later our truck is blown up on the side of the road. We were told there wa weeks total. The work they did completely messed up the engine and 2 weeks later our truck is blown up on the side of the road. We were told there was $28000 of damage and nothing they could do about it. The managers were rude and didn’t want to work with me but were the complete opposite with my boyfriend. They said we could trade our truck on a new one but not without negative equity on the truck we trade in for. It took 4 days for them to call us back to tell us the banks won’t approve a loan on a new truck because “the truck loan we’re trying to trade is too new” Thanks GP Chrysler for trying to screw over 2 young people with a baby on the way. Class act! 👍🏻🙄 Our sales person was good other than he should be helping us out more now.... really shows what they’ll do to make a sale but not keep their customers happy on a $75 000 deal. More

From having my jeep started and warmed up when I first test drove it, explaining the entire process in detail, checking in with me to make sure everything was going well after the purchase, and my favourite, turning his truck radio to the World Jr's game so we wouldn't miss anything while my jeep was getting detailed(because priorities). I will definitely be recommending Dale to anyone looking at buying a vehicle! More
