this dealership has some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, so much so that I've never even thought of going anywhere else. for the last 15 years or more from Brent the gm, B had the pleasure of working with, so much so that I've never even thought of going anywhere else. for the last 15 years or more from Brent the gm, Brad the sales manager and especially Donny an Cj my salesmen. These people have gone way above and beyond to help us especially when they do not have to. 1 example is my wife purchased her first vehicle with them and then they helped her reduce her interst rate getting into another vehicle that was set up similar to what she had, which went even farther when she got into a very bad accident a few months after get the second vehicle. I got personal calls from all of them asking how she was and if we needed anything, which shows me that they care more about the person than anything else and above anything else. I introduced them all to kids not just as a perspective sale but instead they treated them as people which has always impressed me, and they treat everyone that I bring them the same way. No matter where I am these people will always be my first and only choice to deal with. More

Never deal with these guys again they’re lazy they try to scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me I need a new engine and as well as that they were also getting into my personal business as well and using that as leverage I also planned a week in advance to get an axle seal done that they did and failed so I had to be booked in again to get it refixed but instead of fixing it they just parked out in their parking lot and gave me a hard time didn’t do the main job that it was booked in advance for and the service guy Tony I do not appreciate his ignorance it has been nothing but xxxx I have had about five different vehicles I’ve had over the course of 10 years with dealerships and I’m done with scammers and cheaters not only that I have a lot of people that I know between the company I work for and the groups that I am in and a lot of people have seed what they’ve put me through and see with their own eyes my vehicle and the issues. Here’s a little update I do not take it very nicely the fact that they are using bribery for me to take down this review in order to get work done on my vehicle that is ridiculous and I will make sure that Grand Prairie Chrysler is held accountable for this thanks in advance. Right from the start the dealership held the doors for us walking in and out and helped to keep out son entertained while we shopped!
