My block heater wasn’t working on my Jeep Wrangler, so I took it in for the cord and block heater to be checked to see if or what part needed replacing. Kevin MacKenzie in service checked it out and told m took it in for the cord and block heater to be checked to see if or what part needed replacing. Kevin MacKenzie in service checked it out and told me my block heater worked and that it could be the extension cord I had it plugged into under the hood. Kevin MacKenzie is awesome to deal with.
