Last week, I had the best & smoothest car-buying experience of my life. Previously, I purchased vehicles from dozens of dealerships all across southern Ontario (Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Audi, e experience of my life. The experience I had at St Catharines Nissan was better than I could have imagined and far exceeded my expectations. The bar was raised so high I don’t think it can get any better. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Kevin Luna, who ended up selling me a brand new car. Kevin was friendly, professional, kind & considerate. His happy & upbeat demeanour makes it easy to talk to him. I felt like his main priority was to help me and give me information. I didn’t feel pressured at all & didn’t feel like it was a business interaction. If you are looking for information about a vehicle, Kevin knew all the details, from inside to out. He is an automotive-enthusiast who really loves cars. He was able to teach me about all the Nissan vehicles available and compare/contrast them to similar cars I was cross-shopping with.
