Excellent customer service I recently purchased not one but three VW's new from Willie Mates, new sales car manager at Dalmar Motors. I initially attended the dealership to inqu I recently purchased not one but three VW's new from Willie Mates, new sales car manager at Dalmar Motors. I initially attended the dealership to inquire about the TDI buy back status. I received up to date accurate information and no canned corporate sales pitch. As a result I choose to stay with VW, and decided to give my business to Dalmar. It is not the closest dealership to me, but worth the trip. Thank you Willie, Dennis, Rob, Mike and Lindsay for your great customer service and follow through. More
