Have been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years the only place i buy from is Mercedes Benz of Lynnfield Mass great people great service always done right the first time and returned clean and washed Have ha place i buy from is Mercedes Benz of Lynnfield Mass great people great service always done right the first time and returned clean and washed Have had Nathan Haugh as my service advisor all these years and he is great knows me now I trust his judgement.skip Peterson is my salesman and a very low pressure guy who makes you comfortable my wife also has a Mercedes and I introduced her to skip and left her to buy a car and she called me later to tell me she bought a car and said he made her feel like he really cared about her and wasn’t trying to push her to any special car and showed her many different models. Great people great cars what more could you ask for More

Made an appointment to test drive a Mercedes A220 this past week. Within 10 minutes of the drive it was VERY obvious that your "165 point safety" certification was not done. Skippy tried to make me believ past week. Within 10 minutes of the drive it was VERY obvious that your "165 point safety" certification was not done. Skippy tried to make me believe it was just some rust..now we know (or at least I was told) that all 4 roters had to be replaced. I understand mistakes can be made but no one inspected that car fully...no one even drove that car before we showed up. You only get one chance for a 1st impression and trust is important to me. Loved the car and will hopefully find a dealership that we can trust for our future business. More
