I have been a customer at Toyota whitby for over 20 years and have always received excellent advice from the sales reps on my purchasers. Excellent help from the finance department on Bothe leases and over t and have always received excellent advice from the sales reps on my purchasers. Excellent help from the finance department on Bothe leases and over the years - My experience with the service department (and all my cars were services at Whitby Toyota)has always been excellent -I have at times considered other makes but always return to Whitby Toyota in the end. All m decisions are based on the excellent service received in all departments- and I have recommended Whitby Toyota to all be friends and Family. More

The experience for my daughter obtaining her first new car was professional from start to finish. Every person involved was beyond helpful. They took time to explain all aspects. The final delivery wa car was professional from start to finish. Every person involved was beyond helpful. They took time to explain all aspects. The final delivery was incredible as the delivery team member went over the car with her for about 45 minutes explaining all the functionality of the tech and safety systems. There were some small paint flaws on hood and quarter panel that were brought to our attention and already referred to the body shop manager to have it addressed. Wonderful experience More
