We recognize the frustrations that come with dealing with issues like the squeaking seat, which led us to replace the seat frame, the cup holder replacement, and addressing minor wind noise by replacing the molding. Additionally, we prioritized the recalls, such as the FAKRA cable for your radio, completing them as soon as possible. To acknowledge your concerns further, we provided a discount on your recent maintenance service as a way of making amends for the inconvenience these small defects have caused.
