We just drove home our 3rd vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler. Hands down best service we have ever received from a dealership, and we've dealt with a few. This is the first dealership I have wanted to return to because of how great the service was. Every time we leave feeling respected and appreciated. CJ and Keffrey are fantasic sales people, they are honest, understand our need, and LISTEN. This time we drove just about every SUV on the lot to find what fit us best, as we werent sure what we wanted. Keffrey happily just kept pulling them up in order to find the perfect one. Keffrey knows his stuff, he's quick and efficient and only shows us exactly what we want. PLUS, we got a great price for our trade-in. When we bought our RAM 3500 last spring, we called CJ and told him what we were looking for and he had us in our new truck the same day. Cianne in the finance department works to get us the best rate. She is fast with her work and we usually spend more time laughing and chatting. We are very grateful to have built such a positive relationship with Grande Prairie Chrysler. I know we will be back in a few years when it's time to trade in again. More

Went above and beyond to fit me with the vehicle I was wanting and rescued my grandson out of a no win situation with his vehicle from another dealership in Calgary! We both left Grande Prairie Chrysler Jeep Dodge with vehicles of our dreams and left there with everything they promised in our financial and Warranty packages. We felt like family with everyone that helped over the course of 3/4 days.
