Was told piece to be replace was cover by warranty and I make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. Is disappointing I spend ove 60 k in a truck and dealership will not assume make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. Is disappointing I spend ove 60 k in a truck and dealership will not assume responsibility to fix defective part. Imposible to break a light by touch when is meant to be touched to turn it on ! I wonder how many others have to pay out of pocket after they are told at time of purchase bumper to bumper cover and is not a real deal!! Last truck I will buy from this place. More

Matt provided such exceptional customer service and no matter if it's 7:30 am or 6:00 pm, he is so friendly and always willing to help. He is so knowledgeable, such a great leader, has so much patience, a matter if it's 7:30 am or 6:00 pm, he is so friendly and always willing to help. He is so knowledgeable, such a great leader, has so much patience, and always is letting me know of what's going on with my vehicle. The whole staff here is absolutely phenomenal and I have been a customer for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Brandon to get the top notch friendly and professional service. I hope everyone at Lakeland Vw is blessed with a raise and is prosperous in all aspects of there lives. I have nothing but the utmost love and respect for everyone here and they treat everyone with such outstanding care, they are the best Vw dealership in the USA.
