I scheduled a service appointment weeks in advance, only to have it canceled at the last minute and pushed out another two weeks. This kind of disorganized, last-minute rescheduling is completely unacceptable — especially from a dealership representing a premium brand like BMW. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Every single time I bring my vehicle in, there’s a new issue — whether it’s poor communication, lack of follow-up, or failure to actually resolve the problem. On my last visit, the service team couldn't even diagnose a clear issue with my car, and their response was basically: “Just live with it.” That’s not just disappointing — it’s negligent. BMW used to stand for quality and reliability, but the experience at Parkview BMW tells a very different story. The service here is disorganized, dismissive, and frankly not worthy of the brand. I will absolutely be rethinking any future business with BMW because of this dealership. More

Staff at the management level are accessible, often walking the floor and chatting informally with customers. I have purchased several vehicles at Parkview. Should your BMW require service, Parkview will most assuredly gain your confidence and trust. Tommy Chan (sales) and James Yang (service) are two good reasons to purchase a BMW from Parkview. While the BMW brand is upscale, the various staff members at Parkview are good people, down to earth! More
